blú gives credit back to original form of payment. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase. If your return arrives after the 10 days of the original order date, your return will be charged a 25% restocking fee. There is a December exception where we will allow 20 days over the holidays.

Obviously blú will only accept merchandise in its original condition, unworn, with original tags and receipt (or gift receipt) in its blue bag. For any items returned that are not in their new condition, the return will be denied and there will be no merchandise credit.

blú will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. If you have a concern regarding an issue with the condition of your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at, info@blu.global.

How to make a return:

To make a return, please print the return form and address. Ship back using the original box or use a previously used envelope if you lost the box; ♻️ ! Tape address to box & mail to us via USPS.

How to make an exchange:

To make an exchange, ship back the suit & go back online to blú.global so you don’t waste time losing out on the right style and size.

Remember our warehouse does not process exchanges so any orders sent back will be refunded to the original form of payment. Place a new order ASAP on blu.global for the correct pattern and size.
